About the Author

D. M. Currie is a new author for a children’s book, Molly the Knotty Spider. Ms. Currie grew up in a large family of 12 in Phoenix, Arizona. She moved to Texas where she married and raised two beautiful daughters. She now resides in Upstate New York where she continues to work as a registered nurse. Through her vast work experience and public service, she has helped people find hope when they thought there was none. She hopes to relay this message of encouragement through her Molly the Knotty Spider series. She believes children and adults will be able to relate to Molly in one way or another with the struggles she faces. It is through these struggles that we learn that we don’t have to do everything perfect in life. God can and will use you to help others.
